12 Weeks!

Hi Family!!

Another good appointment on Friday. "Date and Measure" or something like that:) Better pictures and closeups of each of them.

Both were moving around, but the nurse even said, "and here is your ham" because one of them was really putting on a show. HMMM wonder where that trait comes from?

We saw little fingers this time which I thought was unreal. So tiny. They are about the size of plums this week. About 5.5cm from top of head to the butt. Both are still growing at even rate.

To explain the pictures a little bit - the "group shot", they were sitting perpendicular this time. So baby 1 is looking at the top of its head and obviously baby 2 is a side view. Then for the single shots: I tried to label them so you know what you are looking at. One baby is looking straight up at the "camera" (must be that ham again). the little white things next to the face are the arms/hands. The side view - we are not sure if the thing that looks like the nose is actually that, or a hand on the other side of the face. but you can see the shin and foot at the left side of the picture.

Fun stuff! We love when we get to see them. I am doing well. Still battling stomach issues but now that I am moving into my 2nd trimester hopefully that will come to an end. Still sleeping a ton. And sadly, I am having more and more trouble getting into my jeans:( Time to take advantage of that discount I guess!

Brett is doing an awesome job picking up my slack. I don't do much of anything during the week besides work, and sleep. He is really keeping us together. Still managing to get workouts, bike rides, and skateboarding in though!
